The General Assembly
Composed of the general membership, the General Assembly is the highest body of the Ethiopian Cotton Producers Exporters and Ginners Association (ECPGEA).
The Executive Committee
A seven member Committee elected by the General assembly for a two year period, the Executive Committee sets policies, approves the program and budget of the Secretariat, and appoints the General Manager of the Association .
The Chairman
Elected by the General Assembly for a period of two years the chairman is an honorary part time appointment. The chairman is the head of the executive committee and chairs all executive committee meetings and the annual General Assembly.
The General Manager
Appointed by the executive committee, the General Manager runs the day to day activities of the Office of the Association.
